The operating loop core

Daily: EOD report -> next-day huddle -> tracked execution -> EOD report. Weekly: score -> fix -> commit.

The huddle starts from written reports, not memory.
The scoreboard decides priority order. Effort does not outrank results.
Each owner commits to no more than three measurable outcomes per day.
Akash chooses one escalation for the day and kills or assigns the rest.

Current read: infrastructure exists, but the management loop is not installed yet.

Big Three and blockers must write to brain, not only browser local storage.
The EOD command needs to be generalized by role.
Missing scorecard targets need to be resolved before weekly RAG enforcement.
Paused schedule should only be reactivated after data is clean.
Two consecutive weeks must run on the system before calling it installed.
