Four Functions — Weekly SLA
The whole business is four functions and nothing else: Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Client Experience. This page says, for each one, the daily action, the weekly number, who owns it, and where you check it.

How the numbers connect. Marketing + Delivery feed booked calls. Sales turns booked calls into closes. Client Experience keeps closed clients alive so MRR compounds. The Weekly Scorecard is the single scoreboard for all four; it closes every Friday, predicted vs actual.
