The call, minute by minute

0–2
Recap terms (accepted)

He said yes on the Jul 13 call. About 20 hours a week for the first month, then a full-time ramp in about a month. Start Jul 14. Week-1 proof: ship the full daily slate five days straight, then say what to automate first.

2–3
Confirm the 1 PM meeting — whose zone?

He is on Philippines time. Akash is on Eastern time. Fix the exact daily-meeting time in both zones first. The rhythm: 1–2 PM live meeting, 2–4 PM his build time, 4 PM his report in Slack #daily-reports.

3–6
The mission: two pipelines

Akash owns the sales pipeline — the people, the closes, the clients. Collins owns the Builder pipeline — run and automate the daily content machine, plus the sales system around the funnel.

6–9
Screen-share team.stpierre.ai

Trace one lead: ad, booked, paid, onboarded, kept. Mark Collins' side (Builder) and Akash's side (sales).

9–12
Week-1 slate, first build, and access

Walk the full slate. Name his first build: automated client onboarding. Set up the Google Drive B-roll library. Grant access by invite or seat — never a shared password. Show the scoreboard he reports into.

12–15
Open decisions Akash owes him

Newsletter daily or weekly. AI-UGC approach. The @alexstpierre re-render. Starter targets. Already set: the 1 PM meeting (confirm the zone) and the report posts in Slack #daily-reports. The 6-week map lives in the Start Plan.

15–17
Access and safety

Full context now. Live control after he proves the work. Access by invite or seat, never shared passwords. Walk the never-touch list.

17–19
How we work

Slack is our team chat (#daily-reports, #client-onboarding, #call-ins, #notes, #documents). He decides how he makes things — hand-cutting in CapCut is fine. Pull the board. One task at a time. The 5-part hand-back. The 4 PM report. A blocker over 30 minutes gets a Loom.

19–20
Close

Set up his workspace live on the call. Ask for his 24-hour plan before he builds.

His week-1 job

Run the full daily slate by hand — five days straight. Then tell Akash what to automate first.

The slate: newsletter, one organic post, an AI-UGC video, a carousel, tweet and note statics, and the daily ad flow. Founder face and voice are parked. AI-UGC is in.

Access to grant on the call — by invite or seat, never a shared password

Safety rules

Never
  • Never auto-send setter follow-ups. Draft them for Akash.
  • Never test live messages on real numbers. Use the …5477 phone only.
  • Never improvise in a live account. Stop and write the exact ask.
Always
  • Always pull the board and do one task at a time.
  • Always send a daily update.
  • Always send a plan before you ask for live access.
Reference shelf — nothing here is needed in week 1
